'turning the boat' at Newark

This is an oldie, but a goodie. If you've ever wondered what kind of work goes into a runway configuration change at a busy airport, check this out:

"turning the boat" refers to changing the runway configurations.

I still learn things about controlling techniques and the importance of coordination each time I watch this.

I don't even need to watch this again, to recall just how much you enjoyed yourself when some poor guy had to go into holding a few times :lol:
