My apologies, I had scrolled back on the console to examine some information on the server, but left it in that scrolled-back state. Eventually some buffers filled up and long story short, the server stopped responding to new requests. There was a 5-10 minute window where new connections weren't being accepted.That's now fixed. Apologies for any inconvenience, this was operator error on my part.
