I'm curious if anyone here is flying the G1000-equipped 400 from JGM Designs. I bought it last night, seems like a neat plane, but I have a question or two about it...

I am. It's the only thing I've flown on PE so far, in fact. I love it!

Great! Glad to hear I'm in good company. I'm self-training in the G1000 using Max Trescott's book, you see, and I figure there's no better way to gain proficiency with the thing than using it in-flight. The Garmin simulator goes only so far.
How are you guys getting around the ATIS issue? By this I mean, you can't monitor ATIS or other audio weather on COM2. (For what it's worth, Jim Gregory replied to me when I asked about the issue and said, "This will be fixed in the next update of the Corvalis (coming very soon)."

When flying, I'll look up weather on ForeFlight on my phone, or call the airport ATIS phone number published on airnav.com to get weather.
It'll be nice to have it working again though. I thought it was just me...

I cheat and use skyvector for all charts, weather, and planning. I put it on a second monitor.
