Ok so my current system is an I72600k oc to 4.0. It has a GTX 670 card and 8.0 gb ram. I have a Rosewill 92mm Xtreme CPU Air Cooling installed. My question is what modifications do I need to do to this system to run X plane 10.2 fullscreen and maxed out over 3 screens. Thanks!

You may find that there is a wider audience for this kind of question in the Hardware thread over at the xplane.org forum. I suspect that the general message over there would be that the hardware required to run XP at max settings on 3 screens hasn't yet been designed (at least for consumer grade components). In fact I'm not aware of anybody even claiming that they have been able to run XP with all of the rendering options set to max on a single screen. The current state-of-the art seems to be a Titan gpu and core i7 with as much over clocking as you can find. The most important parameter is single thread performance of the cpu and a gpu that can keep up with the pace without running out of VRAM. However, eventually you will run out of bus bandwidth come what may. Browse some of the posts in the Hardware section of the XP.org forum to get the general idea.

Have to agree, you might want to cast a wider net than just the PE forum on this one.
I don't have the FSAA maxed on this, but everything else is. I'm running 2560x1440, extreme texture res, no texture compression, objects max, visibility max, clouds 100%, HDR, etc, and it's running fine. The only times I notice a bit of a drop is if the clouds get serious, otherwise, it seems to be handling everything I throw at it (Radeon 7970 GPU). I7-3930K, oc'd to 4.5Ghz.
I'm not sure how much the increase in pixel count would hurt the frames. I've tried growing and shrinking the window with the frame rate counter on and haven't seen much change (so it's not fill rate limited), but I'm not sure if that scales to a 6000 pixel horizontal display (assuming that's what you want to do).
Another option is to move to multiple machines, which gives you a lot more flexibilty. See how you do, though.

I am running at 6020 x 1200 on three 24" screens
i7 3770 3.5 GHZ
GTX660 Ti 3 gig VRAM
I certainly am not running anything on max...avg framerate is 30 in the air but the framerate drops closer to the ground with a bunch of objects...just enough not to studder.
