Unable to connect - connection refused

I'm a new user, trying to connect for the first time, but I'm unable and keep getting a connection refused message. Internet is connected, FSX is running. Any ideas?

Could be that your sim is paused or still in the free flight screen. If so, you'll see an error message when you dismiss the dialogue box, over in the main PE window with words to that effect.

It could be that you're using an incorrect email or password, or that your trial has expired. You can verify your account credentials by logging into the web site first to confirm that all is ok

If you don't think it's either of these, let me know and I'll work out a time to screen share with you and see what's going on.

Disregard, I see you just connected to the network, so I'm guessing you have it all working. What did it turn out to be?
