Hey Everyone,
Just downloaded and installed PE. Followed instruction for FSX. When I launch the PE client, I don't get the connect box but a chat box that says "not connected" at the bottom.
Any clue what's going on?
Maybe I missed something?

Doug,

Are you pushing the Start button at the top left of the client (the only button you can press, btw), and clicking CONNECT?

Doug, I was going to update our instructions to make sure this step was listed in our documentation, but as I read the list of steps on the 'Connect to PilotEdge' page (http://www.pilotedge.net/pages/connect-msfs), it is indeed there, listed as step 5.
