Up and coming developer sim720, who did a very nice rendition of Catalina, is currently working on Santa Barbara for FSX and P3D. You can follow the progress on their facebook page:

Thanks, Ryan. It works in P3Dv2. Good find. I liked that scenery in P3Dv1.4, but it's even better with autogen and ground poly corrected.

I saw that on the SunSkyJet forums. I wish he would redo Palm Springs and Burbank too.
