Traffic was literally off the charts for the last two days and signups have been unusually high as well.

Welcome to the new PE members! This looks like it's going to be an interesting ride. The 'sleepy' periods are becoming few and far between during our operating hours.

Members who have been flying here for a while might have noticed the increase in traffic. Rest assured, we are devoting as many resources as possible to training new controllers, and are ranks are increasing faster than they ever have before. Thanks to a new controlling training program, we're getting new controllers onto the scopes considerably quicker than we've been able to in the past.

Please hang in there if you experience unusually long delays. We're doing what we can to speed things up.

Its great to see the results of all yours and your staff's hard work. Yes, it has been noticeable.

As one of the long timers, I look forward to seeing it getting even busier, and dare I say, re-expansion to the north towards Oakland and San Francisco?.......lol

To all the new members. You are going to love this service. I was totally green and intimidated at first, and still make mistakes, but I have progressed significantly since then. Stay the course, enjoy, and use the people connected with PilotEdge. Its a great community and everyone benefits as we learn from each other.

Last few days have been pretty exciting from a pilot's standpoint. The delays can be frustrating at times, but it also lends to the knowledge that real people are actually flying here and makes the network feel more alive. I've had more "damn that was cool" moments in the last couple weeks than I did in the whole of my time on that other network.

All that being said, I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that your presence is missed, Keith; gotta add a graduate level course to the training program to teach controllers how to better harass the pilots .

I'm just blown away by the traffic level...wish I knew where it was coming from, but we'll take it! We take the pilot experience very seriously and are doing our level best to keep up with the expansion. Peter recently came on board full time, so the pace of our training is going to increase even more.

Ty, I appreciate the comments, and I look forward to getting back on the scope. In fact, Peter will be moving to be closer to NJ, so I'll be covering quite a few shifts next week. After that, I plan on getting on the scope from time to time (probably to help out during traffic spikes more than anything else), but not a whole lot until I have met my other obligations for the company.

It's heart warming for all of us to see so many people getting online, and validation that we've built something of value. Hopefully this is the start of the critical mass snowball that we've been waiting for, I just hope it picks up speed at a pace that is somewhat less than insane.

The fellowship of twitch streamers will do everything in out power to make your lives interesting .

I'm new here and I mostly got here by the Youtuber called FroogleSim! Froogle uploaded his V2 exam and it may be the reason there's new people here, such as me!

Froogle was my introduction to PE also. Yesterday was my first day - three flights so far.

Same here, froogle brought me here. I see a pattern.
