I just saw promotion from PilotWorkshops, they're selling their Airmanship series for half price and it's been updated for online and mobile delivery: http://pilotworkshop.com/airmanship-special
I have an older version of this series and I thought it was excellent. The instructors in these audio modules have forgotten more about flying than I've ever learned. Highly recommended.
