PE Issues Installing

I am having issues installing the software. I tried installing as an admin, also in different partitions of the drive, I also turned off any PC protection to try to see if that is the issues.
the install crashes when it gets to about 88%

Follow up. I am using Win.7 64bit

Known issue. The install is completed, go fly :)
