We estimate normal service to resume at 1045 Pacific, about 45 minutes from now.

All services are restored. This was a rare power issue during daylight hours. We will be training additional staff next Monday to restart all services to allow for faster restoration of service in the future.

It is hooked up to a UPS...that's likely to be the issue (as nuts as it sounds).

Not nuts at all....have seen them fail, both big and small unit.

Have seen a 3 phase 120/208v two hundred amps per leg UPS fail on the inverter side.
That was not a good day. Took us a while to nail down the issue as the voltage was OK.
It was outputting saw tooth sign waves that where reeking havoc with our audio and video gear.
