Naviator is an Android app similar to foreflight, but much cheaper. The newest version includes a simconnect feature that allows you to use the moving map feature in both FSX or P3D. I haven't tried it yet, but a recent thread on AVSIM gives it very positive reviews. It works on Android pads and phones. I'm on vacation but hope to try it when I return.
