So, I really like flying around in my LAPD AS350 for xplane on PE. But is there a way I can easily add crashed cars in roads, fires, etc?

Placing custom objects throughout your X-Plane scenery is pretty easy. You can read about the scenery system by checking out http://scenery.x-plane.com. There is a tool called OverlayEditor, which allows you to quickly add objects to X-Plane scenery. You can find that here: http://marginal.org.uk/x-planescenery/tools.html
