Team Speak Server?

Is there a team speak server in use for all Pilot Edge pilots and Controllers?
I should clarify - I know there is a TS server used for the live workshops. But that appears to be used only for that purpose...not just for pilots and controllers to hang out on and chat with friends. Am I understanding that correctly??
