I'm using fsxflight with foreflight on prepar3D. After few minutes (from 2 to 45, it happened on final to KVCV during my i-11 test, that's really frustrating !), Prepar3D freezes and I lost my connection to PE and then had to reboot P3D. It happens only when using fsxflight, so I contacted fsxflight support but no reply yet.

Any suggestions ?

It is unlikely the problem is actually with fsxflight. I use it constantly with P3D v2.4 (and with all previous versions of P3D, back to 2.0), often for 2-3 hours at a time with no issues. What other add-ons do you have installed? What version of fsxflight and P3D are you running?
