Hi all
I wasn't able to find any info by searching the forums so I'm sorry if this has been covered before.
I'm looking for a KMZ file so that I can see in more detail the PE coverage area. I fly quite a bit in southern Utah and would like to see which airports fall into our coverage.
Thanks for any help
Ronny

ronny, if you'd like to see it on an aviation chart, start with this:
http://skyvector.com/?ll=37.54653723669 ... 5024657739
Follow that blue zipper-like line, that's the ZLA border. Everything inside it is covered by Los Angeles Center or one of the underlying TRACONS (Socal, Yuma, Joshua, Las Vegas, Bakersfield, Santa Barbara, etc).

Thanks for the replies!
Keith, That's pretty close. Doesn't show all the smaller airfields but should work well for me.
Thanks!!

Ronny, you can always swap it to the VFR sectional once you have an idea of the lateral bounds. You can also look at the airport information for any airport and check the ARTCC field. If it's says "Los Angeles" then it's in LA Center, and it's covered.

Ronny,
MyFlightRoute maintains data on all airports within the PE service area. Utah airports in the PE coverage area are:
- KKNB
- KSGU
- UT00
- UT24
- UT30
- UT47
- UT54

I remember building that a long time ago, forgot where I kept the link. Did you recreate it or did you find it?

I bookmarked it years ago, but I do recall finding it someplace PE-related.
