Side-by-Side Error

Hello,
I just upgraded my HD, and finished a complete re install of Windows 8 and P3D. I installed PE via the latest download. I tried to log on as usual and received this error. I've excluded the PE client from Windows Defender, and even tried uninstalling it and re installing it outside of the C:\programfiles(x86), as I have P3D installed just under the c:\ directory... Still no luck.
I did a quick search but didnt see anything similar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
