I am using a Microsoft USB digital headset which does show up using SB4_VATSIM. However, the SB4_PE setup does not show my USB headset at all and I am not able to use or test the radio/voice system. The headset was setup as the default device before launching the client. However, the listings for hardware devices in SB4_PE for both input and output are blank. Any ideas?

From the "known MSFS issues":

- Option to select recording and playback device is not yet implemented. The client uses the DEFAULT playback and recording device for now. This will be fixed ASAP

Just have your headset set as the default playback & recording device in Windows, and you should be all set.
