Not trying to dig into your business model, but I am curious if you can shed some light on the doing away of the monthly plan...?

Where'd you hear that? The only thing I don't see on the pricing page is the hourly plan.

Can't speak for Keith, but I would suspect that this:

The Hourly plan was retired a few days ago. If you're looking for better value for money, the annual plan is the best way to go as it equates to $14.92 per month. If you do 2-3 flights per month with each one being 1.5-2 hrs in length, the numbers work out to the same as the hourly plan.

The Hourly plan was just brutal for our model. Between all of the billing overhead, someone paying $4.95 gross translated to around $3.70 for us. Throw in literally one support question from that person, and we're in the negative for that month.

Pretty much answers my question in the way I figured. It's a shame it couldn't work for you guys. Worked great for me. Just have to make sure I keep my credit card from expiring and dig my nails into the plan and hold on until you all are forced to kick me off.
