Unable to File Before 8AM?

Second time its happened (recently) - I have a TPX flight booked for right after opening and I'm unable to file? I've verified I'm connected using the right callsign (uppercase, no spaces, etc...), tried filing through the website and the in-sim (XP10) client, reconnecting, and tried refiling. Nothing works, the controller had to file the flight plan for me yesterday. The route I filed was TPX517 from KLAS-KNYL via MCCRN4.GFS PKE BLH V135 CAZZI. As far as I can tell, I'm doing nothing wrong - is this a server issue or is it on my end?
Edit - The PE Map shows the flight plan, but PEAware and the homepage don't. I'm assuming PEAware doesn't recognize something on my flight plan...
