ZNY and N90 are very similar. The need for controllers is definitely felt at many of the higher level facilities.

Yet people are being hired off the street and placed into these high level facilities... Then failing

Yup... Tech Ops is going through similar issues.
We're having a huge problem even filling the vacancies posted on USAJobs. And some of those that we do fill just don't stick around (for various reasons).
