holiday operating hours

update to the updated holiday hours for PilotEdge!
- no ATC on Dec 25.
- close at 9pm PST for Dec 31, New Years Eve.
- normal hours for New Years Day, Jan 1.

Thanks, Tim. And standby, there may be an update to the updated holiday hours. I think we might be staying open later on New Years Eve.

It looks like we'll able to stay open later than expect on New Years Eve, the closing time for ATC has been moved to 9pm, so there's an extra 5 hours!
