unable to acquire data from FSInfo

We have 3 users that are suffering from this problem.
For those that do have the issue, are you running FSX full screen or in a window? If it's full screen, can you try in a window and let us know if that makes a difference. Also, is FSX paused?

Ah hah! This was driving me nuts today! It failed to acquire data for me in both fullscreen and windowed, but I realized the culprit was having FSX paused. As soon as I un-paused it, SB was able to successfully connect. I didn't have to close SB to do this, only cancel the login attempt and try again after the un-pause.

Thanks so much for posting that, Christian. I think I have an idea what might be causing this for other people then. It's not likely they are consciously pausing it, however, their sim is configured by default to pause on task switch! So, when they swap over to SB_PE to connect, it's actually pausing the sim.
