REX and PE don't like each other

I'm in FSX and I have the ORBX Socal scenery... I also have been trying to use REX Essential Plus Overdrive, but every time I have it open when I push my mic key for PE it doesn't work... Anyone have any ideas?

Ahh, okay... I'll try that. REX is running in Admin mode, but I don't think PE is... Thanks for the help!
