Help Setting Up Twitch Stream?

Would anybody be willing to help me set up a live stream on Twitch.tv?
I have an account already.
I have a really good windows computer.
I have four monitors but I only have X-Plane on the center one. The others are used for charts and and stuff.
I do not have and don't plan to have a webcam, as I don't plan to let people look at me. It's pointless and I will spare you that unshaven, in a house robe visual. Haha
I would like to have one of those scroll bars that will continually advertise information and links that I put there.
It would also be nice to have an area where people comment and another area where official questions are posted by those watching.
I like the music feature where it starts playing a little louder during quiet periods.
I have my Sim sound routed through my default audio playback device (speakers).
Then air traffic control communication through my USB headset which is my default communication device. I want listeners to be able to hear both of them in a balanced way.
I read this... is there anything that's updated since this was posted that I should know about?

Replays now include the chat, so including chat in the video itself isn't really needed. Otherwise, play with OBS to get started. You might want to work work a single audio output for now to keep it simple since that is all ons can handle. You'd need to set up virtual devices for anything else afaik.

OBS has been updated to "Studio" and can handle multiple sources of audio it seems. I didn't know about the replays. Thanks!!

Update 22SEP2016
Working with the updated version of OBS "Studio" for now. Might go back to classic for more control.
Got it streaming in good quality. I have an issue with the secondary windows being too small in the corner to really see charts and stuff, though I have been told there is a keyboard shortcut to switch up the source and switch it back. I may just use that when I want my viewers to see the charts. Not sure yet.
Audio is an issue. Completely unbalanced and not powerful enough. Then again, I only had a couple min to mess with it. This is my priority for my next time being able to mess with my setup.
Looking at different overlays to use for now and none really fit my needs. I may have to end up making my own in photoshop but I'm not that good with stuff like this. I have found some that are editable and may just modify those.
I set up MooBot for moderating my chat and have a few commands to quickly post information about PilotEdge, training program and workshops. I have a few domains allowed for links but other than that, have links turned off in my chat.
Many are telling me that not having a webcam on me is really going to be a tun-off. That's something I'm still debating. I'm not a fan of broadcasting myself without being able to see them. Also- it takes up pointless real estate on the screen.

I wouldn't be too quick to dismiss the webcam. People enjoy the stream for reasons other than simply obtaining information about how to fly the airplane. There is a degree of personality and character involved for people to want to subscribe. A webcam goes a long way to allowing an audience to understand your reactions to what's taking place and to be more engaged in the stream.

You are the third person to reply with that same thing. There is obviously truth to that but is hosently low on my priority list. I don't even have a webcam yet.

Kyle, I started out with the same feeling as you, "why would anyone want to see me?" It was only after watching lots of other streamers (some with webcams, some without) that I realized how much more engaging it was to be able to see the person....not because you're contemplating asking them out for a date, but because it's simply a more engaging interaction.

Alright.... FINE! (childish stomp of foot)... I guess you can see my shaggy face... when I get a webcam. haha

That was all my subjective opinion. You could try without it, of course. Maybe you'll be wildly successful!

Thanks haha! Not looking to be a 500+ viewer type thing. Just some sim'ers getting together.
