HD CSL installation

I have a load of both newer and older CSLs in the PilotEdge/VSPro/Resources/CSL folder.
However, I am still not quite sure how these are read. Some are in a subfolder (subdirectory in old money!) called "Keith" and there are folders under that, like "jets". Are these ever read, or should I truncate the folder tree?
I have another subdirectory called "props", and that has 2 subdirectories for the C172 and S340. A similar question.
I have a "PIPER_CSL_C74" folder with numerous Piper types each with their own folder!
Should I be separating all this stuff out, so there is just a load of folders with one for each represented plane under the /CSL parent? Or does the plugin keep "reaching" down the folder tree till it finds what it wants?
