Birthday Bash #5 scope video (RNO GND & OAK CTR)

This starts out on RNO Ground, then eventually adds OAK CTR at the same time. Once ground has cleared out, RNO GND is closed up so it's back to normal ops with just one position being worked.
There are lots of overtakes here, makes for fun viewing. Note the change in ground speeds when people get 30 deg delay vectors to the east or west, it's crazy.
