I respectfully disagree. Maybe someone feels differently but it is my understanding that the idea of the "focus fields" are to proved a daily set of fields to help concentrate traffic to that area/provide a change of scenery/add a new challenge (similar to the alphabet challenge).

Also, the network itself is more of a training aid and providing you a route takes away from one of the vital points of planing a flight. If you have not gone through the workshops yet- I strongly suggest it because there are key points to show you how to route plan. Once you have the basic ideas down, planning your route becomes second nature.

EXAMPLE: Today's focus fields are KVCV-KSEE. I plugged those two into Skycector, pulled up a low Enroute chart and had me a route within about 20 seconds.

I'm not trying to gloat, rather I'm trying to make a point that it's not hard and providing a route would defeat the purpose of the network in my opinion.

Flying an airline?... ok fine.... haha go talk to dispatch.

Fully agree with Kyle. Flight planning, including route, altitude selection, weather examination, winds aloft, TFR's, airspace, terrain, etc is the probably the most important and frankly the most interesting part of aviation. The last thing I would want is having that all done for me. Even the entire TEC route system takes a bit of the fun out of it by preselecting the route and altitude, but the reason for TEC's is obvious.
