Account query

Hello

Sadly for outside reasons I have not been able to get online and make use of my trial period with pilotedge. I note my account will be deleted if I do not provide a credit card?

In the coming week or two, possibly month, I may not be able to devote time to get my teeth into it for the same reasons, but would like to come back and take up a subscription later anyway. Do I just re-register with the same details?

Hi Ross,

No, accounts are not deleted. Don't create a new account. Just login with your current email and password and you will be prompted to reactivate if your trial has expired.
