The PilotEdge server is currently down due to technical difficulties. We anticipate the server will be up within 15 minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I can't seem to connect - this is also my first time trying so maybe I'm doing something wrong? Using my e-mail address and the password I've set in account centre

The system has been emailed you each time you've attempted to connect with a reason as to why it's not letting you connect. Please email support for more info.
