Issues with PilotEdge and Multicrew Experience

Anyone using this add-on and able to make it work with PE?
I've got scroll lock bound to a joystick button and have that same button set as the ATC button within MCE. I've also got this set within the ini file:
UseWithVoxATC=1
Still can't seem to transmit on the network. Everything works fine as soon as I close MCE, but not when it's running.
Any thoughts?
