Hi. Tried my first flight tonight and had trouble hearing ATC.It started off loud and clear but once under way I could barely hear ATC. I was having to press pause to be able to hear properly. I'm sure I must have missed some radio calls. I also sure the problem is my end. I am using FSX and have played around with the sound levels and have turned down (almost to nothing) the engine/cockpit noises etc. Has anyone ever experienced this? Any suggestions? Thanks.

It seems just a volume issue.

The PilotEdge application runs separately to the sim, so you should be able to control the volume independently. You might also want to set it up so that the engine noise routes through the speakers and ATC plays over the headset which more closely emulates a real world configuration.
