Anyone Looking for a Flying Club?

As many people have, I've been flying a lot of GA on the network lately and I feel I'm getting a lot of experience that can be used in the real world. I've been considering the idea of creating a "GA pilots club", based on the same aspects of how a virtual airline is run. I'm a software engineer during my day job, and I have been envisioning some neat things to do, technology wise. Would this be allowed, and would anyone be interested?
This is just a general post, because I haven't sat down and collected any thoughts or ideas together to get this going. I just want to see what the general thought of this is. My goal would be to make this system require all flights be done on PE, and to gradually work your way up through the PE training center.

I'd be interested for sure. I'd also be interested in anything that integrated FSEconomy, too. The combination of a flying club, PE and FSE would be something to behold.
If you get a chance, check out
http://newyorkflyingclub.net (before they close their doors). I think something like that would be absolutely perfect for PE.

Check out
http://www.fsairpark.com/ too. I haven't been real active there for a few months, but it might be a place to start or at least get some ideas. And heck ya, I'm interested!

Great idea. Running one through FSEconomy works well as it adds realism. CVPA is a good example of this:

The club owns and operates small GA aircraft at cost using FSE as a scheduler and maintenance engine.
Starting one (or more) in the PE area of operation would be great.

I like the idea....but FSE would be a must for me to consider it.
Best of luck,

I quickly checked out FS Economy, and it looks like something I envisioned for this. However, I feel that I can do better.

If you can(ie No a thousand silly brake and engine, lease and unlease, log and unlog settings, for even a simple flight), you WILL be proclaimed a deity!

Andrew, I am very new to FSE but I took a quick look and I think that having a Group within FSE would be a great idea.
You could create a website with any content and in FSE we would have a link to it.
All operations of the club would be reflected in the FSE Group.
This way we could benefit from having a great flying club website and flights would be available in FSE for those who would like to combine these two activities.
Just an idea. Cheers, AJ

A flying club based in pilotedge area and focussing on pilotedge online flying would be a fantastic idea.
You would count me in if this happens.
