Looks really nice!
NOTE: They specifically say it is not 100% XP10 compatible, patch forthcoming.

I've got a few hours in her already and she is a beauty! The sounds are spot on and she flies great, too!

I used to fly a C208 for CAX many years ago. What a treat. I can only imagine the quality that they've brought to this model. Every time I see a FSE opportunity, I think about trying to find a good xp model! I think I'll be buying this one day when I'm ready to do some fun flying on the network.

Keith, I believe CAX uses a similar model to the one we fly at Air Northwest, but this Carenado is in a whole league by itself in comparison! I've had a blast with all my other Carenado planes, but this one is so much more immersive. From the startup procedure to the lighting effects, they've done a great job. The sounds are amazing. I can't wait for Soph to go out of town again so I can crank the engine sounds! I've tried it a couple of times while on PE with my headset on and the engine sounds coming through my speakers and cranked. It sounds pretty dang realistic.

Re: XP9: Carenado Cessna C208 Caravan released
I'm running XPX. The sound doesn't work at all for me, and it's pretty choppy on my souped-up system. Support disavows any assistance if you're running the newer version of X-Plane, so I'd stay away until XPX is stable and a patch is issued. (YMMV, of course).

speaking of XPX issues does anyone have a problem with stars showing up through terrain during night?

Re: XP9: Carenado Cessna C208 Caravan released
Be aware, there is apparently a known issue with the 208 and Gizmo, which is used by X-Aviation payware among others.
I haven't been able to verify that disabling Gizmo fixes the issue, but if your sim is basically unflyable with the 208 but works perfectly elsewhere, and you have Gizmo, that's probably the issue.
