Hi,
I'm not sure if I'm the only one who struggles with this, but when you load yourself on a ramp in FSX it will just say something like "Parking 3 GA (Small)" and really give you no idea where you are at on the airport to give to ground.
Is there a quick and easy way to locate where you are starting out to accurately tell ground?
Thanks!
Brett

I switch view to Outside-Top,zoom out to see whole/big part of the airport and then consult the airport chart.

You can also use the PilotEdge live map on the web site, swap to satellite view and zoom in, but doing it in the sim is generally easier.

I find it helpful to select the "Views>>Top-Down Orientation>>North Oriented." This keeps the same orientation regardless of zoom factor. My $0.02.prat wrote:I switch view to Outside-Top,zoom out to see whole/big part of the airport and then consult the airport chart.
