Very cool, indeed!! Now all we need is a button in the pilot center to take us to the form....

Correct; it's intentionally unlinked to allow for a few days of testing by those that know the link before rolling out to everyone.

See, people! It benefits you to be an avid forum user- you get access to all of the cool gizmos and widgets before the rest of the user base!Tim Krajcar wrote:Correct; it's intentionally unlinked to allow for a few days of testing by those that know the link before rolling out to everyone.

Re: web based filing being released shortly
My bad, I neglected to mention the full plan in the original post.
Re: web based filing being released shortly
Keith,
It works awesome! Used it today and worked like a charm.
It doesn't appear to show up on the active flight plans on the homepage, but that might be as designed while testing?
Also as just a feature request, is it possible that once you submit it takes you to the active PeAware information for what you just filed? (Or have a link?)
Thanks again for the awesome new feature!
Brett

Re: web based filing being released shortly
The flight record in PEaware won't be present until you log in to the network, and runs on an independent update cycle, so redirecting to it isn't practical, unfortunately.
Regarding the homepage, the flight plan should show up within 5 minutes of you logging on, assuming you matched the callsign exactly. The flight plans have a 5 minute cache, so until the next update runs, you'll show up on the website as online with no flight plan. PEaware and what the controllers see do not have this cache. Clear as mud?
