The PE forum gets crawled (a.k.a. make quality posts!)

Post by Cyrus »

While enjoying a little lunch, I thought I'd do some light reading on how to navigate using two OBS's. So I punched this up on Google.

As of the time of this post, this PE forum thread turns up as the 10th search result (on page 1!).

So, one thing that we can all do to help promote PE is to make quality forum posts that are full of rich information. After all, sharing is caring. :D

Yes, indeed - roughly 10% of the total pages served by the forums on a daily basis are in response to search referrals. Considering almost all of those eyeballs are probably new to PE (with the exception of Cyrus, apparently!), since an existing member wouldn't use Google to get here, it's high quality traffic for sure!

Lol. Yeah, I guess I'll need to search the forum first next time.

I was promoting PE on VPA forums https://www.virtualpilots.org/ and in http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php/for ... stream-32/
In my opinion , many pilots simply do not know what they are getting with PE, the real life like ATC.
We also need to remember that not everyone is looking for the same thing in simulation.
