TEC Route question

Post by djrisc »

When requesting a TEC route from delivery in real life, do you still have to file? I have been making the request with the controller and they end up filing the flight plan for me, is this realistic?

I'm just curious if I've been doing it the correct way. lol

*blows away the puffs of smoke and holsters his weapon*

I used to be pretty handy with the .357 in Half Life back in the day. God, I'm old. When did THAT happen?

It happened while you were waiting for Half-Life 3. It appears that we'll all be old before they finally get it out.

Not that you have any time to play FPS games anymore....

Half Life was so great! Oh man is that game showing age? I remember being excited when Quake II came out. Someone get me a walker I guess?!

I spend all my spare time in flight simulators now though.

I won't be happy until I'm doing this in PilotEdge: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o40_MzuKIGA

What TEC route is that? >:)

I was there on IRC when Doom was released...Dec 10 (whatever year that was). The earth was just beginning to cool.

Cool video, I saw that a few years ago and never forgot it. Low flying rocks (there, I said it).

"Socal, Treetop flyer level at 3."

"Treetop flyer, socal approach, verify level 3000?"

"Negative, level at 3." :)
