Despite my enthusiasm during the seminar the other night, I'm not really fond of NDB approaches either.
But, without an approved GPS in my Cherokee 180, that's the only way into KCNI during IMC. It's not a complicated approach, and the minimums aren't horribly high (675' AGL). So, there's a real good chance of getting in most times.

I guess adding partial panel to that NDB timed approach would be the hardest I've heard of.
ASR's can be tricky too. Of course with our wonderful quality radar we can't provide them for the time being.
