If you are listening to the monitoring app, are listening to the 1500 PDT hour's recordings or even trying to fly on the network right now, please be advised that there appears to be a constant tone on all frequencies. The PilotEdgeTM team is working hard to fix this problem. As of now, the network is running normally pending you can handle hearing the annoying sound during your flight.
