N9478E, a Cessna 172 with flight following to WHP to TSP, just south of MHV at 6500 meets up with a glider circling on the west side of a large hill. Note the lack of an altitude readout on the glider (it wasn't transponder-equipped).
The glider drone was recorded recently in X-Plane on a day with 20kt+ winds, out of L94, just south of TSP.

Re: scope view of C172 meeting a glider
That was me, and it was very cool seeing the glider maneuvering a couple thousand feet below our left wing. No lights on the glider so it was difficult to get a visual at first. Saw another one after turning west for Tehachapi, thanks to Keith/Joshua Approach pointing it out. Definitely have to be on your toes around there...
Nice job filling the skies with more drones, Keith - keeps things interesting when on flight following, that's for sure.
