Apologies to those working today at approximately 2130z. I was N295DL doing a little sightseeing around the area. Just east of downtown LA at 1500 I was violently struck by a weather shift that sent my 172 vertical and then out of control. At one glance with Shift-Z it indicated I was going over 500kts. Anyway, I quickly disconnected from the network, but I am positive that I busted the Class B first. This was unfortunately out of my control and I have submitted a ticket with REX to try and determine what caused the violent weather change in otherwise clear skies and manageable winds.

You should look into Active Sky.

Re: Apologies
If you're doing 500kts in a 172, you have far bigger things to worry about than an airspace violation
Good luck getting it fixed!
