One of our users is considering launching a new electronic logbook application. We support him in his endeavor and would invite our users to participate in this 2-minute survey:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ZULU_Log_Market_Survey
He's considering adding the ability to track sim flights as well as real world flights. While I can't formally log the time I spend in my home sim, there's no doubt that it would be useful to know how much time I've spent with it, time spent in VMC vs IMC, # of approaches shot, etc.

Re: survey about electronic logbook app
Is this different from https://www.zululog.com/ ? I have an account on there, but don't use it at all.
Re: survey about electronic logbook app
I use zululog.com. Unless these guys are affiliated, they're probably not going to be able to use the name zululog.io.

Re: survey about electronic logbook app
Hi all,
I'm the fellow that reached out to Keith and asked if he'd help generate some market feedback for me. I am grateful for his help here and I continue to be delighted with the experience that PE has given me without the need to spend zillions of dollars on actual flight time. Anyway, on to your questions.
Background: I'm one of the owners of Zuluworks.com. We make kneeboards and other pilot accessories. My initial thought was to follow along with the branding we've already done with that product line. It wasn't until latter that I realized that not only is the zululog.com domain already taken, but it's actually a product in the same space. Time for plan 'B'.
Please consider "Zululog" a working title or internal project name. The actual domain that we'll be using is www.threepoint.io The survey that I"m sending around actually pre-dates the acquisition of the domain and thus the naming doesn't exactly line up and I can see where the confusion lies between my product and zululog.com.
At any rate, I REALLY appreciate any feedback the community can offer and please, sign up to be kept up-to-date on the interest site (www.ThreePoint.io). If you take the survey, you'll be taken there immediately.
And to Keith and the folks here at PE, THNK YOU! You guys rock!
Best,
-Peter Braswell
