At the bottom of page Most common pilot deviations by ZLA pilots there's a snippet called Common Error: Not knowing who to call. It refers to Peter Grey's Tips for Pilots flying ZLA. From the text given, I cannot find where this is located. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

My apologies, that article was originally written for a VATSIM audience. Since 99% of it pertains to PE, I opted to share it on the PE site, too. I'll modify it to include a note that the 'who to call' article is for VATSIM only.
