It's refreshing to see a piece that tries to paint this hobby in a positive light rather than focusing on half-truths and a sad attempt to create a story like some other well known new organizations. I actually sent this one around to a few of my friends who are in the dark as to what the heck I'm doing when I tell them I'm simming .

The author of that piece did reach out to PE, but I'm guessing she opted to focus on VATSIM because of the size of that community and the fact that the pilot in question was a well-known member of that community.
