Unfortunately we won't be able to get the server up and running again prior to the network close time. We do intend to have everything up and running by the normal open time tomorrow. We apologize for the inconvenience.

There is a box within our architecture which used to require a reboot on a semi regular basis. A change was made to the networking code which I'd hoped would remove the need for said reboots. Evidently this is not the case and a reboot is now needed. That box also houses the voice server, which is unreachable until the machine is rebooted in about 45 minutes from now.

We will go back to regularly scheduled reboots of this machine and this will no longer be a problem.

I realize this has been a tough week, operations-wise. Please know that this outage was caused by something which won't be an issue in the future.
