KSAN - KLAS Turboprop /A - what arrival?

Post by snglecoil »

KSAN - KLAS in a King Air B200 /A, the CLARR TWO looks like a good candidate for the arrival except for the fact that I can't do 250 KIAS at CLARR. None of the other STARS really fit the route/equipment. Could I still file the CLARR TWO and note that I can't comply with the speed restriction or file my own route - something like, ...TNP V538 GFS V538 CRESO V21 BLD (direct)?

Turboprops would be routed via the CRESO3 to LAS from the southwest.

Thanks, Kevin. That makes sense...when I remembered to look at the jet routes. As a RW low-and-slow PPSEL, I'm not used to planning in the flight levels. And thanks for all you guys do. I learn something new each time I'm on PilotEdge.
