Server down?

It is 9:12 EDT.....I was just logged on about 10 minutes ago, filed a flight plan, but had to log off to fix some settings. Now I can't get back on - When I open PE and push connect I get an error message that says "error occured connecting to ATC server." Is PE having technical difficulties at the moment or is the issue on my end?
