[1/16 1600 PST] Twitching the Scope

Hello Everyone,

I've decided to start twitching some of my controlling sessions on PE as we get a lot of questions on what it looks like from the controller side.

I'll be doing my first twitch session tonight at 4PM PST (0000Z on the 17th). Traffic workload permitting I'll answer questions that anyone has and provide some commentary on what's going on.
