[1/30 1600 PST] Controlling Twitch Stream - TIME CHANGED

Post by Peter Grey »

Hello Everyone,

After the positive response to my last twitch stream I'll be doing another one tomorrow at 1600 PST (00Z on the 31st) for 2 hours.

Traffic allowing I'll be talking about VFR radar services available to aircraft along with providing commentary on what's going on while I'm controlling.

I'll also answer questions that anyone has regarding ATC services, PilotEdge, or flying related questions.

The stream will be at: http://www.twitch.tv/pe_pg/

For those who can't make it we will be recording this stream and will make it available afterwards.

Peter can you set you broadcast settings up on twitch so people can watch your past broadcasts. Yours first stream certainly wasn't available to view in your past broadcasts. 0300 Zulu is a bit late for me to watch live but will watch the replay.

Edit: only read the last line of your post after!

Yup it will be available. The reason the first one wasn't available was that I didn't know it wasn't automatic until after the fact (twitch is very new to me). Heck I didn't know I needed a different app to actually stream until about 6 hours before the first stream (that would have been embarrassing).

So it ends up I got the time wrong when I did the time conversion from my local time.

This will actually be at 4PM PST, 7PM EST, and 00Z.

Thanks to those who stopped by.

For those who didn't this one did get properly recorded so we have it available to view.

For the next couple of weeks Twitch will have it available here: http://www.twitch.tv/pe_pg/profile/past_broadcasts

PG, if you make a highlight (pick a start and stop time), it'll become a permanent archive.
